As a Vendor Admin, learn how to upload a Master Logo for your profile and then choose to apply it, or a custom logo, to your Supplier Lists. Buyers will see this logo when viewing your supplier details.
Prerequisites
- Audience: Vendor Admin
- Permissions: Ability to access and edit Admin Tools and Supplier Lists menus.
Steps
Upload a Master Logo
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Edit master logo.
- If an existing logo is present, click Remove existing logo to upload.
- Click the Click to select an image to upload (max 10Mb) button.
- Result: A pop-up window appears.
- Select an image from your computer to upload.
- Result: The logo appears on the right-hand side of the page.
Add a Logo to a Supplier List
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Supplier lists you manage.
- Locate the relevant list and click the No Logo button (or your current logo) in the Your Logo column.
- Result: A logo selection window opens.
If you do not already have a logo attached to the list:

To use your Master Logo: Select the option in the bottom right corner to attach the Master Logo.

OR
To upload a custom logo: Click the Click to select an image to upload (max 10Mb) button and upload the file from your computer. (This will not replace your Master Logo).

- Click the green Finished button to return to the Supplier lists you manage page.
If you have already uploaded a custom logo to the list:
- Click the Remove existing logo to upload button to clear the existing custom logo.
- You can now select a new image to upload or choose to use the Master Logo.
Results/Validation
The logo you selected is now visible next to the list name on the Supplier lists you manage page under the Your Logo column. Buyers will also see this logo when they view the supplier's details on the Supplier List.

- Maximum image upload size is 10Mb.
- A custom logo uploaded to a Supplier List will not replace the account's Master Logo.
