As a Vendor Admin, you can set your profile to Inactive or delete your profile from a Marketplace Supplier List that you are registered on. Use this to prevent buyers from inviting you to requests and stop receiving public tenders for that list.
Important: You cannot change your status or delete your profile from a Preferred Supplier List. Only the List Owner can do this.
Prerequisites
- You must be a Vendor Admin.
- You must be registered on the Marketplace Supplier List you want to update.
Steps
Follow these steps to set your status to Inactive or delete your profile from a Marketplace List.
- Select Supplier Lists you manage under the Admin Tools menu (found either in the top menubar or on the homepage left-side menu).
- Navigate to the Marketplace List you want to update, and in the Active Status column, click the green Active link.
- Clicking the link sets your status as Inactive on that specific list, and the link will change to a red Inactive link.
- To change your status back to Active, simply click the red Inactive link again.
Delete Your Profile
You can only delete your profile from the list if your status is Inactive.
- When your status is Inactive, a red trash can icon will appear.
- Click the red trash can icon to delete your profile from the list.
Results/Validation
- If your status is Inactive or your profile is deleted, Buyers will no longer see your profile on that list and cannot select you for an invitation to a request.
- If you set your status back to Active, your profile will reappear on the list.
