This process allows a Supplier to filter the Buyer Groups that can send them Requests for specific Supplier Lists they are registered on. By managing these groups, the Supplier ensures they only receive requests from relevant Buyers, thereby streamlining their opportunities.
Prerequisite
- The List Owner must have enabled the ability for Suppliers to filter Buyer Groups on that specific Supplier List.
- If the feature is not enabled, you will only see a single number (not the
'x' of 'y'format) in the blue button, and you will not be able to manage the Buyer Groups for that list.
Steps
Follow these steps to manage the Buyer Groups that can send you requests:
- Access the system's main page.
- Under the Supplier Lists section, select "Manage buyer groups".
- Locate the Supplier List you wish to manage from the list of all lists you are registered on.
- Click on the blue numbered button (it will show the format
'x' of 'y') to the right of the relevant list. - On the next page, uncheck the boxes next to the Buyer Groups from which you do not want to receive requests.
- Click on the "Update" button to finalize and save your new filter preferences.
