An Overview of Your List Registrations

This article shows Suppliers how to find and review all the Supplier Lists they are registered on, whether they are acting as the Vendor Admin or a Colleague. Use this guide to quickly check list details, documents, and contact information for the List Owner.

Prerequisites

You need to be a registered Supplier on a Supplier List to view your registrations.

Steps to View Lists You Manage (As Vendor Admin)

To see the Supplier Lists where you are the Vendor Admin—the role that 'manages' the company's profile on the list—follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin Tools in the top menubar or on the homepage left-side menu.
     
  2. Click Supplier Lists you manage.

     
  3. To view List Details, including the List Owner's contact details, click the name of the list (appears in blue).

  4. To edit, manage, or preview columns like Business Info or Required Compliances for a specific list, click the blue link beneath the relevant column and to the right of the list.

    • If a field is not a requirement, you will see the words 'not required' instead of a link/button.

Steps to View All Your List Registrations (Admin and Colleague)

To view all the Supplier Lists you are registered on, both as a Colleague and a Vendor Admin:

  1. On the home page, look under the Supplier Lists heading.
     
  2. Click Lists you're on.

     
  3. To view the list information and the List Owner's contact details, click the list name (appears in blue).
     
  4. To view documents:
    • List Docs (documents for the whole list, viewable by all Suppliers), click the blue link under the List Docs column.
    • Supplier Docs (documents specific to your registration, accessible only by your profile's Vendor Admin and Colleagues), click the blue link under the Supplier Docs column.
  5. To view or edit your Request Categories (the categories you're registered under) or Buyer Groups (the buying organisations that can see you), click the blue numbered button under the corresponding column.
  6. To see the Vendor Admin for a list:
    • If you are the Vendor Admin, you will see a Manage link on the far right under the Vendor Admin column.
    • If you are a Colleague, you will see the Vendor Admin's name; hover your mouse over it to view their contact details.

  • List Docs are attached to the whole list by the List Owner and are visible to all suppliers on that list.
  • Supplier Docs are attached by the List Owner to your specific registration and are accessible only to the Vendor Admin and Colleagues for your profile.
