Use the Options and Settings page to select the geographical regions you are able to service, ensuring you only receive digest notifications to Public Tenders relevant to your business area.
Prerequisites

Role: Vendor Admin or Colleague.
- Note: Both Vendor Admins and Colleagues can manage their own Regions of Service, which can affect which Tenders each user receive notifications for.
Steps
- On the homepage, select Options and Settings under Settings.
- Locate the section titled Manage your Regions of Service for Tenders. This section also manages email notifications and your Marketplace registration.
- Go through the list of Regions, which are separated by state.
- Select only the Regions of Service that you are able to service or are interested in receiving Tenders notifications for.

- Click the Save these regions button at the bottom of the page.
Results/Validation
After saving, the system will apply the selected Regions of Service to your account. You will now receive tender digest notifications for Public Tenders that match these regions (provided you also match the required Supplier Lists and Categories on the Tender).
Troubleshooting
- Receiving Tenders for unserviceable areas: Ensure you have deselected any regions that you do not service or are not interested in. If a region is selected, you are likely to receive opportunities notifications for it.
Limits & Notes
- Public Tenders Only: Regions of Service selections are only relevant to Public Tenders released on the Marketplace lists. They are not used when Suppliers are invited to respond to a Request.
