Once a Request or Tender has closed, Suppliers will not be able to submit a response unless the Buyer decides to reopen the Request/Tender for them.

In the event that you miss a closing deadline, it's suggested that you contact the Buyer or the Buying Organisation directly. 

If the Buyer has chosen to keep their personal details private, we suggest you try contacting the Buying Organisation’s general point of contact (via Contact Details on their website) and asking to speak with the Procurement Team,  each organisation operates differently.

Accepting a Late Response

It is the Buyer's decision as to whether they will accept a late response.

If the Buyer decides to accept your late response they may either re-open the Request/Tender to all Suppliers or they can issue a late-response link (if enabled for their enterprise).
