Submit Multiple Responses to a Request or Tender

Suppliers can submit multiple responses to the same Request or Tender from the same account. This is useful for providing multiple quotes, tenders, or other response options.

Prerequisites

  • You must have already submitted your first response against the Request or Tender.
  • You must be logged into your Supplier account. 

Steps to Submit an Additional Response

  1. Locate the Request or Tender you've already submitted a response for. 
  2. Click the green pen and paper icon to the right of the request/tender to create a new response.
     
  3. Go through the Response Wizard to complete the new response. 
  4. Save and submit the response.

Note: You can repeat this process to create as many responses as required.

Validation / Results

After submitting, the new response will be posted and available for viewing.

To view, delete, or edit any of the responses:

  1. Click the You've multiple responses link below the Request/Tender.
     
  2. Click the # responses posted to this request link.
