Suppliers can submit multiple responses to the same Request or Tender from the same account. This is useful for providing multiple quotes, tenders, or other response options.
Prerequisites
- You must have already submitted your first response against the Request or Tender.
- You must be logged into your Supplier account.
Steps to Submit an Additional Response
- Locate the Request or Tender you've already submitted a response for.
- Click the green pen and paper icon to the right of the request/tender to create a new response.
- Go through the Response Wizard to complete the new response.
- Save and submit the response.
Note: You can repeat this process to create as many responses as required.
Validation / Results
After submitting, the new response will be posted and available for viewing.

To view, delete, or edit any of the responses:
- Click the You've multiple responses link below the Request/Tender.
- Click the # responses posted to this request link.
