Close Your Account

To close your account, you must first be removed or made inactive on all Supplier Lists you are currently registered on.  

Prerequisites

  • Your account cannot be registered on any active Supplier Lists.
  • You must be able to contact your Vendor Admin or the List Owner for each list, depending on your role. 

Steps

Follow the instructions below to be removed from all Supplier Lists based on your role:

  1. If you are registered as a Colleague: 
  2. If you are registered as a Vendor Admin: 
    • You must either transfer the list to another user or request to be removed/made inactive on the list. 
    • Because Supplier Lists are considered a contract between the supplier and the list-owning organisation, you must contact the List Owner
    • Find the List Owner's contact details:
      • From the home page, navigate to Admin Tools > Supplier lists you manage (This may be on the top menu-bar or the left-side menu). 

      • Locate the list name (in blue) and click on it to view the list's details and the List Owner's contact information. 

    • Request list transfer or removal: Contact the List Owner and request that they transfer the list to another user or remove your profile from the list. (For instructions on how you can request a transfer, see: Transferring a Supplier List to Someone Else). 
  3. Contact Support to close your account: 
    • Once you have confirmed that you are no longer registered on any active lists, contact VendorPanel - a Unimarket Company Support and ask to have your account removed.
