  2. Log in with the temporary password.
    • Open the email and click the provided login link.

  3. Create a new permanent password.
    • You will be prompted to create a new password after successfully logging in.

Results/Validation

After successfully creating a new password, you will be logged into your account and your new password will be active for future logins.

Troubleshooting

  • Temporary password expired: The temporary password is only valid for 2 hours from the time you requested it. If it expires, you will need to request a new temporary password from Step 1.
  • Missing email: If the email with the temporary password isn't in your inbox, junk, or spam folders, it may have been intercepted by an organisation's spam filter. Contact your IT department or email system administrators and ask them to allow emails from noreply@vendorpanel.com.au.

Limits & Notes

The temporary password is valid for 2 hours only.
