The List Owner has the ability to allow Suppliers to filter the Buyer Groups that they can receive requests from.

If enabled, you can manage the Buyer Groups for each list they are registered on by selecting Manage buyer groups under Supplier Lists on the homepage.

Here you will see all of the Supplier Lists you are registered on. You can click on the blue numbered button ( 'x' of 'y' ) to the right of the relevant list to view/manage the Buying Groups you receive requests from on that list.

For lists where you cannot manage their own Buying Groups, you will see a single number in the blue numbered button.

On the next page, you will see a list of all Buyer Groups that have access to use the Supplier List. You can uncheck the boxes for the Buying Groups that you don't want to receive requests from. You will need to click on Update to save your changes.
