Viewing/Downloading a Request or Tender

On your homepage you can view the Requests you have been invited to view and respond to and a list of the Public Tender opportunities that are available to you from the lists, categories and regions of service your registered on.

Where you are selected by a Buyer to respond to a Request it will appear on your homepage under the Current Requests heading.

Public Tenders will be available under the Open Market Tenders heading by selecting the Click to view button. You can find information on how you can access Public Tenders here: 

Viewing Request/Tender Details

To view a Request or Tender you can click the magnifying glass icon located to the right of the Request or Tender. 

This will open up a pop-up window that contains all of the information related to the Request, including the following:

  • Open/Close Dates
  • What the buyer is requesting
  • Questions asked by the buyer
  • Attachments to the request
  • Buyer details
  • Selected Supplier Lists
  • Selected Categories
  • Selected Regions of Service (for public tenders only)
  • Questions you have asked, including answers (if answered)
  • Questions from other Suppliers that have been answered publicly
  • Any updates made to the request

Downloading the Request Package

You can download all of the Request details and attachments in a single zipped folder. To do this you will need to click the download icon located to the right of the request.

To download the attachments individually you can click the documents icon.

You will then see a pop-up window with all the attachments to the Request/Tender. Click on the file name of the document you want to download:

Alternatively, you can click the DOWNLOAD EVERYTHING button above to download all the attachments at once.
