Managing Your Tender Digest Notifications

Your VendorPanel account provides daily Tender Digest notifications to keep you informed about new tender opportunities and is created based on your Marketplace registration. Below is a detailed guide on how to manage these notifications. 

Tender Digest 

Your Tender Digest is sent daily, summarizing all new tenders since your last digest. You can configure these notifications as below via the 'Options and Settings page: 

  • Configuring Delivery Days: You can choose which days of the week you receive the Tender Digest. 
  • Disabling the Tender Digest: If you prefer not to receive these notifications, you can disable them at any time. 

Your Digest is created based on the below three criteria:

Regions of Service 

Your digest includes Public Tenders based on the regions where you have registered to provide services. These are the areas in which you are available to work. 

 

To update your Regions of Service, visit the Settings and Options page, from the link on your dashboard.

Here you will find guidance on updating the three criteria that create your Tender Digest.  Click the link to 'Manage your Regions of Service'

Here you can select/deselect the Regions of Service, as they suit the areas you're able to perform work.

Marketplace Supplier Lists

The lists you are registered on impact the opportunities included in your Tender Digest. 

To join new Marketplace Supplier Lists, visit the Register on Marketplace page, via the link on your dashboard

To remove yourself or mark yourself inactive on a list, go to the 'Supplier Lists You Manage' page via the link on your dashboard.

From the 'Supplier lists you manage' Click 'Active' in the Active column to change your status for this list. 

 

Marketplace Categories 

Your registration within specific categories under your Marketplace Supplier Lists also influences the content of your Tender Digest. 

To add or remove categories, visit the Supplier Lists You’re On page, via the link on your dashboard.

 

On the Supplier Lists you're on page, click the link in the 'Request Categories' column to access and edit your categories against that respective list.

 

 

By managing these settings, you can ensure you receive the most relevant notifications tailored to your business needs.
