Update Your Vendor Company Details

This article explains how a Vendor can view and update their company profile details (name, business number, contact information, etc.) within the Contracts Management system and submit the changes for review.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged in to the organisation's Contracts Management system.
  • You must have permission to edit the company profile.

Steps to Update Your Company Profile

Access and Initiate Changes

  1. From the Home page, select Company Profile.

     
  2. Review the existing details of your company that were set by the organisation. 
  3. To begin making changes, click on the Update Details button at the bottom of the page.

Edit Details

  1. Update your company information, including:
    • Company name
    • Business number
    • Contact details
    • Address/postal details

Submit for Approval

Once all necessary changes have been made, you must submit the proposed changes for review by the organisation.

  1. Click the Prepare Submission button at the bottom of the page.
  2. On the Approval Submission page, you can optionally add notes and attach reference documents (e.g., proof of name change).
  3. Review the list of required approvers (which will automatically populate).
  4. Hit the Submit button to send your proposed changes to the organisation. 

Results / Validation

  • The required approvers will be notified of your submission request.
  • You will be notified when your submission is reviewed and either approved or declined.
  • You can check the status of your submission in the My Submissions section of the Contracts Dashboard.

  • Your company details will not be officially updated until the changes have been reviewed and approved by the organisation.
