Submit Performance Review Results

This article details the steps a Vendor can follow to submit their results against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for an active contract. Use this when a review period is due and you need to record your achieved performance value and supporting documentation.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged in to the organisation's Contracts Management system.
  • The contract must have associated KPIs and a defined review period that is ready for submission.

Steps to Submit Performance Review Results

Access the KPI Performance Dashboard

  1. From the Home page, go to the Contracts Management section.
  2. Navigate to the KPI Performance section on the Contracts Dashboard.
  3. You will find a table listing your review periods for each contract.
  4. Click on the line item for the specific review period you need to submit results for. This will open the details of that period.

     

Enter Results and Supporting Information

  1. On the Details tab, review the title, target, review period, and due date
  2. Enter your achieved value
  3. Enter the date of result
  4. Select the final result from the available options.
  5. (Optional) Navigate to the File Notes tab to submit your own notes or review notes made by the organisation regarding this period. 
  6. (Optional) Navigate to the Attachments tab to upload any files relevant to the specific review period.

Final Submission

  1. When you are ready, click on the Submit Result button at the bottom of the Details tab.

Results / Validation

  • Clicking Submit Result will notify the Contract Manager at the organisation that your results are ready for review.

Limits & Notes

  • You must enter the achieved value and date of result before submitting.
  • Use the Attachments tab to upload supporting evidence like photos or measurement reports.
  • Once submitted, the results details can't be changed.
