Providing Qualification Requirements

Some Supplier lists have Qualification requirements that the Vendor Admin will need to provide through VendorPanel. Colleagues on that list are not able to provide qualification documents on their behalf.

These requirements are set by the List Owner at the organisation that manages the list. If you have any questions about the specific requirement on a particular list then you should contact the List Owner for more information.

The instructions below detail how you can view and submit your qualification requirements.

 

Step one - Accessing outstanding qualification details

Click on the 'Update qualifications details' link below the Critical Tasks heading on the left-hand side of your dashboard.

 

Note: The Critical Tasks option is available only to the Vendor admin managing the organisation’s list. Colleagues should contact them for updates.

On the Supplier lists you manage page, click on the red Update button below the 'Required Qualifications' column.

Here you will see any qualification requirements set for that list. Click the Complete this item button on the right to view that specific requirement.

Step two - Review and complete the required items

If the List Administrator has provided a form or document as part of the requirement, you can download this by clicking on the document name.

Instructions outlined by the List Administrator will be noted to the right of the page icon.



When you are ready to upload your qualification document (if an attachment is required), you can click the Select a document to upload button and add any comments you want to include with your submission.

If the List Administrator has set questions as part of the qualification requirements, you can answer these below. How you answer the question depends on what the List Administrator has set up. You may need to type an answer, add a dollar value, select from a drop-down menu, etc.

Mandatory questions will be displayed with a (required) tag along with a red asterisk.



When you are ready to submit your qualification document and/or response, you can click the Save and continue button at the bottom of the page.

Once submitted it will be sent to the List Owners to review. You will be notified via email if your submission is approved or declined.
