As a Vendor Admin, follow these steps to view, complete, and submit the qualification documents and requirements set by a List Owner for a Supplier List you manage. You should do this when you see an 'Update qualifications details' link on your VendorPanel- a Unimarket Company dashboard.
Prerequisites
- Role: You must be the Vendor Admin for your organisation's list. Colleagues on the list cannot submit these documents.
Steps

Access outstanding qualification details.
- On your dashboard, click the Update qualifications details link, located below the Critical Tasks heading on the left-hand side.
- Note: Only the Vendor Admin will see the Critical Tasks option.

Select the list to update.
- On the Supplier lists you manage page, click the red Update button under the Required Qualifications column for the list you need to complete.

View and select a specific requirement.
- You will see a list of all qualification requirements set for that list. Click the Complete this item button on the right to view the details of a specific requirement.

Review the requirement details.
- If the List Administrator provided a form or document, download it by clicking on the document name.
- Review any instructions outlined by the List Administrator, which will be noted to the right of the page icon.

Upload a document (if required).
- If an attachment is needed, click the Select a document to upload button.
- Add any comments you want to include with your submission.

Answer questions (if required).
- If the List Administrator set up questions, provide your answers in the fields below.
- Note: How you answer depends on the setup—it may require typing an answer, adding a dollar value, or selecting from a drop-down menu.
- Mandatory questions will be displayed with a (required) tag and a red asterisk.

Submit your qualification.
- Click the Save and continue button at the bottom of the page when you are ready to submit your document and/or responses.
Results/Validation
Once you submit, the information is sent to the List Owners for review. You will receive an email notification confirming whether your submission was approved or declined.
Troubleshooting
- Don't see the 'Critical Tasks' link? The Critical Tasks option is available only to the Vendor Admin managing the organisation’s list. If you're not the Admin, you need to contact them for updates.
- Have questions about the specific requirement? The requirements are set by the List Owner at the organisation that manages the list. You should contact the List Owner for more information about the specific requirement
