You can also request a temporary password by clicking the Forgotten your password? link below the password field (once you’ve entered your email address).
Once you have requested a temporary password, you will receive an email with the temporary password and a link to login. The Temporary password is valid for 2 hours from the time of request. If the 2 hours pass before you update your password, you'll need to request a new temporary password.
Click the link in the email and use the temporary password from the email to log into your account. You will then be prompted to create a new password.

If the emails aren’t in your inbox, junk, or spam folders, they may be intercepted by a spam filter managed by your organisation or domain. These filters are usually maintained by your IT department or email system administrators.
The best way to resolve this is to contact your IT department and ask them to allow emails from noreply@vendorpanel.com.au
