Phone Support Discontinuation

As of August 31, 2023, VendorPanel- a Unimarket Company no longer provides inbound phone-based support. This change allows the Support team to focus on serving users through high-efficiency online channels directly within the platform.

Why Is Phone Support Being Discontinued?

The decision to transition away from phone support is based on internal usage analysis:

  • Reduced Volume: The volume of contact received via the phone support line has reduced considerably over a number of years.
  • Online Focus: As an online product, VendorPanel- a Unimarket Company is focusing on providing support where users encounter issues—online and directly on the platform.
  • Self-Service Success: Most users are successfully finding answers to their queries via the extensive collection of help center articles served through the Help widget on the platform, eliminating the need to contact the Support team directly.

How to Contact Support

You have two primary options for obtaining assistance:

    • Access the help center articles by clicking the Help widget on the platform. This is the fastest way to resolve common issues.
  2. Direct Contact:
    • To reach the Support team directly, please complete the dedicated contact form.
    • A member of the team will get in touch within 12 business hours.
