If you are registered on a Supplier List where you are required to report on your sales activity, you may be asked to do this using the Supplier Self-Reporting portal on VendorPanel.
If invited by the List Owner, you will be required to report your activity. You will receive reminder emails in regard to this.

Below are some frequently asked questions that should help you complete the reports successfully:
How do I contact the List Owner if I have a query with regard to reporting requirements?
In the email notifications you receive in regard to your reporting requirements, you should find the contact details for the organisation that manages the list. You can contact them for any enquiries.
How do I amend a previously finalised/submitted report?
If the reporting period is still open for reporting, then you can find steps on how to amend your report here: Reporting your Transactions: Reopening a Submitted Report.
You can only amend a submitted report if the List Owner has not closed the period for reporting. You will not see a closed report on your dashboard, but you can view it under your Past Reports. You should contact the List Owner if you need to make an amendment to a closed report.
How do I lodge a NIL activity report?
For any reporting periods where sales are not yet entered, you can lodge a NIL activity report. You can find steps on how to do that here: Reporting your Transactions: Submitting a NIL Report
What do I do if the Buyer (purchasing organisation) does not appear on the list of Buyers to select?
If you need to enter a sale against a purchaser that does not appear in the dropdown list of purchasers for that contract/list, you will need to contact the List Owner in regards to this.
How do I view my previously submitted report data?
To view and download any reports you have submitted you can select Past reports from your dashboard.
In this section you can do and view the following information:
- Filter to view all reporting history or select to view current financial year, past financial year, current calendar year, past calendar year or a custom date range.
- Report competition rates (number of reports completed, incomplete and overdue)
- Total sales and rebates for the select time period.
- Table including all submitted reports
- Download all reporting data as a CSV file
How do I nominate another person to report for my business?
As a business, you can have multiple people set up to report for your transactions. Additional reports will need to be invited by the organisation that owns the list. Please contact the List Owner to request invitations for additional reporters.
