Why are you no longer offering it?
For a number of years, the volume of contact received via our phone support line has reduced considerably. As an online product offering we are focusing on support where our users encounter issues - online, on the platform.
We have found that most suppliers seeking support are able to locate answers to their queries via one of our help centre articles served via the Help widget on the platform or this very help centre, prior to reaching out to the Support team.
